Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a practice of slow, intentional movement — a moving meditation that builds balance, strength, and inner quiet over time. I have been practising for over ten years and teaching for several of those.
Sessions are suited to beginners and those returning to movement after injury or illness, as well as those seeking a regular practice to complement an existing wellness routine. We move slowly. There is no rush.
Sessions are held in person in Singapore. Please get in touch to discuss availability, location, and what would work best for you.
Sound Therapy
Sound therapy uses vibration and resonance to support relaxation, stress relief, and a deeper sense of stillness. It is a practice I came to after years of movement — and one that surprised me with how much it offered.
Sessions are gentle and require nothing from you except a willingness to be present. You don't need any prior experience. You simply arrive, lie down, and let the sound do its work.
Sessions are held in person in Singapore. Individual and small group sessions are available. Please reach out to check availability.
